Consent-first
Consent Leads the Way
Consent isn't a box ticked at the door — it's the living thread that runs through the whole session. You are in charge of your own experience, always.
What this means
You set the pace. Every time.
Real safety comes from knowing you're in control. Before any touch there is conversation and clear agreement, and that agreement is checked in with as the session unfolds. You never have to perform, push through or please anyone.
- We talk first
- Every session opens with an unhurried conversation — what you're hoping for, anything to be aware of, and what's in and out of scope. Nothing begins until you feel ready and clear.
- You can pause or stop anytime
- At any moment you can ask to slow down, change something, take a break or end the session entirely — for any reason, or no reason. That choice is always yours and is always respected, without question.
- Communication is welcome
- Speaking up — “slower”, “not there”, “I need a moment” — is encouraged, never awkward. Your feedback shapes the session. There is no right way to feel and nothing you can get wrong.
- Consent is ongoing
- A yes at the start isn't a yes to everything that follows. Consent is checked in throughout, so each step is something you actively choose, not something assumed.
- No pressure, ever
- There is no goal you owe anyone and no outcome you have to reach. The work is about presence and ease — which only arrive when there's nothing to prove.
A consent-first practice
Nothing happens that you haven't chosen.
If being able to set the pace matters to you, you're already in the right place. Make a discreet enquiry whenever you're ready.
