Your first session

What to Expect

Not knowing what happens is the most common reason men hesitate. So here is the whole arc of a first session, walked through gently — from the moment you arrive to the moment you head home.

Before you arrive

There's nothing to prepare or get right.

Come unhurried and well hydrated, and perhaps with a simple intention — release, relaxation, curiosity. That's all. Everything else is guided on the day, at your pace. Feeling a little nervous is completely normal, and you'll be met with warmth from the first hello.

Step by step

The arc of a first session.

  1. 01

    Arrival & settling in

You arrive at a calm, private space in Bondi Junction. There's no rush — a moment to take a breath, use the washing facilities and let the day fall away before anything begins.

  2. 02

    Conversation & consent

We talk first. What's drawing you here, anything to be aware of, and exactly what is and isn't part of the session. You ask anything you like. Nothing proceeds until you feel clear and ready.

  3. 03

    Settling the nervous system

We begin with breath and stillness to shift the body out of “doing” and into “being”. This is where presence starts — long before any focused touch.

  4. 04

    The bodywork

From a place of safety, slow and skilful touch invites the body to soften and feel. Draping is used throughout, the pace is yours, and you're guided gently the whole way. The focus stays on sensation and presence, never a goal.

  5. 05

    Aftercare & integration

Time is always held at the close to rest, feel and gently land — so the experience can settle into the body before you travel home. Water, quiet and no hurry.

A consent-first practice

Now you know the way it unfolds.

If anything here speaks to you, the next step is simply a conversation. Make a discreet enquiry to ask a question or find a time.
